Good questions
How much space do you need?
A 10 x 10 ft footprint is ideal and gives guests room to line up. We can work with as little as 8 x 8 ft. We need one standard power outlet within 25 ft and a level, dry surface. Indoor or covered outdoor spaces both work.
How long does setup take?
About 60 to 90 minutes. We arrive early and set up before your guests walk in, and setup and breakdown time is never counted against your booked hours.
What areas do you serve?
All of New Jersey plus the NYC metro, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester and Rockland. Travel inside North and Central Jersey is typically included. For farther venues we will quote a small travel fee up front so there are no surprises.
Is there a deposit? When is the balance due?
Yes. A retainer holds your date, and the balance is due before the event. We send a simple digital contract and invoice so everything is in writing.
How many hours should I book?
Most weddings book 4 hours to cover cocktail hour through the last dance. Birthdays and corporate parties usually land at 2 to 3 hours. Not sure? Tell us the event timeline and we will recommend the right runtime.
What add-ons are available?
Extra hours, additional prints per session, combo strips, a guest scrapbook station with a copy of every print, idle time between ceremony and reception, and fully custom or branded backdrops. Everything can be built into one quote.
Do guests get digital copies?
Always. Every session can be texted or downloaded on the spot via QR code, and you receive the full high-resolution gallery within a few days of the event.
